By accessing or using PrestoSecure ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

PrestoSecure provides free online security tools including, but not limited to:

Password strength checking and generation
Email data breach lookups
Phishing URL detection
Browser privacy analysis
SSL certificate verification
DNS record lookups

These tools are provided for informational and educational purposes to help users improve their online security.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

Use the Service to harm, harass, or defraud others
Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable use
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
Use the Service to check credentials or data that you do not own or have permission to check
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

Our security tools provide assessments and recommendations based on available information and algorithms. They are not a substitute for professional security advice, and we cannot guarantee they will detect all security threats or vulnerabilities.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRESTOSECURE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
